Your Responsibilities

• You lead the development and delivery of web applications for the world of digital dentistry
• You manage a software development team and lead them to meet their goals – on the personal, team, and company levels
• You work closely with other teams and stakeholders from Europe and Israel
• You act as a focal point and the center of leadership – for personal or technical issues Provide inputs and suggestions, improve systems and products of the company
• You lead and own the entire development process. Deliver high-quality products in time
• You serve as an Agile coach when needed
• You participate in the hiring process

Your Profile

• You bring at least 2 years of experience as a team lead
• You have 8+ years of experience in software development
• You are strongly proficient with JavaScript, TypeScript and web technologies
• You bring good knowledge of modern web frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• You have good knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET MVC
• You bring good knowledge of software design principles, of the software development process and popular agile frameworks
• You are experienced with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• You bring good problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You bring experience with Docker and Kubernetes and with building CI/CD pipelines
