- You will support the development, improvement, and implementation of our sales processes to ensure the best possible sales cycle
- You analyze key insights from current performances and forecasts, business drivers and trends to derive recommendations of actions for our sales strategy
- You will support our system documentation for optimal onboard experiences during our high growth phase
- You work cross-functional with related teams including marketing, finance and product success
What you need to succeed
- You are currently enrolled or just graduated from studying business administration or a related field - experiences in fast-growing environments like startups are a plus.
- You have a strong interest in SaaS sales, CRM or sales operations, including building high performing sales processes during high growth phases – experiences in sales cycles & processes are a plus
- You are characterized by a highly analytical, structured mindset with an outstanding eye for details
- You have solid experience with spreadsheet tools like Excel – experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
- You are curious, empathic and proactively engage with people through excellent communication skills in German and English
- You love to be challenged and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Like us, you are a person of conviction, and you feel like you will thrive in our culture
- You are available for at least 4 months and have a German residency
